We all had lots of fun taking part in sports day competing as a team with our fellow team houses. We all tried our best and were so proud of ourselves and our team. We celebrated with a delicious, cool ice pop afterwards.

Today KS1 enjoyed a day learning lots about animals from around the world at Ponderosa Zoo. We got up close to the lemurs in their enclosure, they were very friendly and not afraid of us at all! We met nocturnal animals in the nocturnal house, animals that we never usually get to see because they are awake while we are asleep.
Even though it rained a lot it didn't put a dampener on the fun we all had. We can't wait to share our favourite parts with each other (and the rest of the school) tomorrow.
