What is ECM Trust?
The Every Child Matters (ECM) Multi Academy Trust opened in October 2015 with High View, Wombwell Park Street Primary School and Hoyland Springwood.
Since then, the Every Child Matters has grown with Wellgate Primary and Kexborough Primary both converting to the Trust in February 2017. Following this Sandhill Primary, Laithes Primary and ultimately ourselves joined in 2020. Since 2020, a number of other schools have since joined too.
At the Every Child Matters Academy Trust we will build a collaboration of schools where openness, honesty, fairness and empathy alongside the development of best practice ensures that all children within our schools receive a world class education. Children are at the heart of all that we do and every child will be provided with early help and an education that removes barriers to learning and raises aspiration, resulting in excellence and enjoyment and enabling all children to fulfil their potential.
Through system leadership we will aim to support the practice of others beyond our Trust.
