What is the local offer?
Barnsley's Local Offer is an access point for information about support and services for children and young people from birth to the age of 25, with a special educational need and/or disability (SEND), and their families. 
The local offer contains information about a wide range of provision including:

• SEN information, advice and support services  
• Childcare, Early Years and Education
• Health and Social Care
• Short Breaks
• Advice on preparing for adulthood
