Super impressed with Class 6's painting skills this afternoon. We shared resources and worked very carefully, mixing primary colours together to create secondary colours and completed a colour wheel. We had lots of fun exploring circuits in science today. We used the components to build different simple circuits and lit bulbs, buzzed buzzers and powered motors. We noticed that we could add more cells to make the bulb shine more brightly and if we added extra components to our circuits the bulb became dimmer.After exploring different examples of stone age cave art, we used chalks and charcoal to create our own cave stories without words.We were really proud of our finished art work. What a brilliant start to our English work this week! We were brilliant at working together to read different instructions and magpie great phrases that we could use in our own work. We can't wait to get writing! |
