Shapes and Patterns in Nature

We learnt about William Morris today and enjoyed discussing a range of his art work and identified repeating patterns and symmetry. This inspired us to explore our patterns and shapes using leaves and flowers that we found in our own woodland. We experimented with different pencils sketching some of our favourite shapes and we will choose which of these to use in our final design.
