In school and at home, Year 2 have been learning all about space and astronauts in order to write a fact file to inform others. We have been engrossed in new facts and particularly enjoyed seeing how the astronauts drink water in space. In Year 2 we have loved learning about Florence Nightingale and the important changes that she made to medical care. We enjoyed making our own lanterns to mirror the style of those held by the Lady of the Lamp.
