We have had a very busy term filled with lots of fun learning so it was only fair to have a little treat on our last day in F1 together. During the morning Mrs Sung and the children noticed a hedgehog stuck in our outdoor area. Mrs Sung and Miss Pell put on some gloves and carefully untangled the hedgehog. The grown ups and children were worried the hedgehog may have been hurt so Miss Pell took the hedgehog to the Vets. The Vet called Miss Pell and said that the hedgehog was ok and needed to be put back where it was found so it could go back to his family. We released the hedgehog (we decided to call it Harold) and went back inside so it was nice and quiet. Later in the afternoon, we went back outside and Harold had gone back to his family!
What an exciting day we have had! There will be lots of changes when we return in September; some children will stay in F1 and some children will start a new learning journey in F2. Mrs Hale and Mrs Lees will be in F1 and Miss Pell and Miss Reynolds will be the teachers in F2. We hope you all have an amazing summer break and cannot wait to see you all in September.
