NEW for October 2024 .....'Remedy Appointments'. You can now book an appointment if you would like to spend some time with Remedy, perhaps to share a success or a worry, or just for a little cuddle. See Mrs Grange for more details and information about how to book an appointment.
June 2024 - Bernard UPDATE
Sadly, after suffering with an injury, Bernard has had to retire from school visits. We very much hoped he would recover following treatment, but he continues to suffer when walking, so he is now taking doggie retirement. We are all going to miss him and thank him for all the joy he has brought us. We have good news too though.......following a significant period of time without a school dog, we are pleased to introduce Remedy. She could not be much more different to Bernard, but we are SO happy to welcome her to our school. She's even got a school uniform! We are also really lucky, as Remedy lives locally and will be visiting each Friday afternoon. Mrs Grange will work with Remedy and children each week.

Brilliant Bakers

1/12/2022

Baking with family and friends is a fantastic activity to improve your mental health and wellbeing.
It will give a sense of achievement, improve concentration and creativity, provide focus, aid relaxation, support relationships and most of all it's lots of fun and tastes good too.
Recently, some of the children from gardening club were able to use the carrots and pumpkins they had grown from seeds to bake two delicious cakes.
If you would like to try baking at home, take a look at some of the links below with your grown up. We followed the Halloween Pumpkin cake recipe and used the same recipe to make the carrot cake. We just replaced the pumpkin with the same amount of carrot.
Please let us know how you get on!
