Class 8

CRUCIAL CREW 

Take a look at the year 6 children on their trip to Crucial Crew. We travelled to the LifeWise Centre, in Rotherham, where we completed 8 different scenarios. We learned how to keep safe in different situations and about of the consequences of breaking the law. We had the best day and these are the scenarios that we took part in:

• Water safety
• Fire safety
• Knife Crime
• Child Criminal Exploitation
• Road Crossing
• Travelling on a bus
• Experiencing a real court room
• Arson  

What a lovely morning it was for a game of tennis today. Class 8 were putting all the skills they have learnt over the last half term into practise with doubles matches. They all played brilliantly and who knows, perhaps we have the next Andy Murray or Emma Radacanu on our hands!
