What a lovely day we had for World Book Day. It was so nice to share stories and listen to new ones that we haven't heard before. Everyone really fab getting dressed up for the day and made the day feel special. It was so lovely for our grown ups to come in and share stories with us at the end of the day too. Our favourite part was drinking hot chocolate and having a chocolate biscuit. Here are some of our pictures taken from the day. We had such a fantastic time on our Roman day. We learnt about the different Roman Emperors and how they ruled. Maximus also taught us how to play a Roman game and gave us artefacts to look at. We ended the day learning more weapons and battles the Romans had when they took over Britain. It was such a super day. Take a look at the fun we had. |
