In Autumn 1 we learned all about artist James Rizzi and his fantastic comic style art work. In one collection of work, he was inspired by the New York skyline so we created some of our own skyline pictures with cartoon-like buildings. We loved experimenting with different media to create a range of effects. Class 2 have been experimenting with the properties of materials this term! In order to design an umbrella for Winnie the Pooh, we had to check that a material was strong enough to withstand the rain without being damaged. |
